WHAT ARE THE MATERIAL USED FOR THE PRODUCTS?

Usually, our products are made of zinc alloy, There are some components made of Iron, Brass and steel or else. It won’t rust like iron.

WHAT COLOUR GOLD XINXING CAN MAKE

We can make almost all the plating colour, for example shiny/rolling/brushed nickel, shiny/rolling/brushed gold, shiny/rolling/brushed gun metal, brushed/rolling antique brass, shiny pearl nickel, rolling dull nickel, shiny/rolling bronze, shiny rose gold etc. All the colour can be made with lacquer or not, and nickel free is OK for us.

CAN YOU MAKE NICKEL FREE?

Yes we can make nickel free, just as your request. But please mention nickel free when you need quotation or orders.

WHAT IS SHINY PLATING, ROLLING PLATING AND BRUSHED PLATING?

Shiny and rolling is different plating way.

Shiny plating need all the raw be polished well by hand, they raw must be polished by hand one by one. When plating, each items first put in a rack. Rack is then immerse in plating bath to prevent item from touching anything during the plating process, this is called shiny Plating or handing plating. Shiny plating usually is for high quality products.

Rolling plating don’t need to polish the raw by hand, but by machine directly. When plaiting, all items first put in a barrel. The barrel is put inside plating bath, then plating items by turning the barrel, so it is called rolling plating or barrel plating. Because the items will scratch each other when rolling, their surface will not as smooth as the shiny plating, but of course the price will be lower.

CUSTOMIZE IS ACCEPTABLE?

Of course we can make customize. We have our own mould department, we can make the mould according to customer’s samples or drawing. In fact we make about thirty new moulds every month to develop new items.

HOW MANY DAYS DO YOU NEED TO MAKE A MOULD? AND HOW ABOUT THE MOULD CHARGE?

It takes about 7days to make a new mould, mould charged is needed, different item is different, usually it is about USD150—USD200.

IS THERE MOQ REQUEST?

If the item has someone’s logo, it has the MOQ request, different item is different. If there is not any logo in it, there is not NOQ request, you can order freely.

CAN I KNOW THE LEAD TIME?

Usually, it takes us about 15days for production, it depends on the order quantity.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT TERMS?

For the first cooperation, we accept T/T, before production, the customer need to pay for the 30% of amount as deposit, then when the order finished, before delivery, we need to get the balance 70%.
